Pacific Power & Rocky Mountain Power

Pacific Power and Rocky Mountain Power (divisions of PacifiCorp) provide energy to customers across the Western United States. For over a decade they have offered energy saving solutions to homeowners through the wattsmart Home Energy Savings Program.

In 2013, CLEAResult was asked to develop a Web-based alternative to unpleasant, error prone and costly paper rebate applications. Our solution enabled homeowners and contractors to collaboratively prepare and submit applications and supporting documentation.

Launched in 2015, the online rebate application increased customer and trade ally satisfaction by reducing the length of time customers wait for rebate payments. Additionally, the solution lowered the cost of operations by reducing the volume of customer support requests and incomplete applications.
