Chase Gymnasium Expansion

The Chase Gymnasium Expansion campaign was challenged with raising funds to meet a late stage surge in building costs.

While the mailer did include complex details about construction costs and timelines, the focus was concentrated on the architectural renderings that clearly demonstrated how the perennial problem of seating capacity could be addressed by the new construction.

The campaign produced rapid results and set the tone and style for a series of building renovation campaigns.
